Those were great points, Laurie. I heard a ton of wisdom in your advice - like making sure YOU figure out how much percentage of your income you can afford to spend on a house payment. I'm not mad at banks, but they do qualify people for more house than what they probably should buy. Of course, every situation is different, and it's ultimately up to the people to use discretion.
